This is the place to put on top of your list for marine parts and supplies. First class service, knowledge, inventory in a very clean facility and they even have smiles on their faces as they patiently assist you!!! I'm totally impressed and think you will be too. I called Kayla to ask if they had my parts and she knew exactly what I needed and quickly found everything including her suggestions on better options. She is a sweetheart and another reason we really enjoy this area!!

This review is a little late but definitely deserving! My family and I are new to boating and this shop was awesome at making sure I was not treated like a newb and never felt taken advantage of. Everything from the service counter to the tech was amazing. The tech took the time to explain everything with me over the phone multiple times. When I got the original quote for my repairs (they are not the cheapest but there is a reason for that!), we discussed what should be done to fix my primary concern and then some other things they noticed through the inspection. We built a game plan on what needed to get done and then what can hold off because I was working within a budget. After speaking with me a second time on the phone about what I was experiencing with the boat (regarding my primary concern) he went back to test a few other things and found the fix was cheaper and easier then originally thought and this was all AFTER I approved the work to be done. They didnt just go and do the work and then say it didnt fix it so lets try this, they went with the cheaper/easier option first. They saved me hundreds of dollars on my primary repair which allowed me to use that money for some of the other things they recommended which I was extremely happy about. I will always recommend this shop for the primary fact that I ALWAYS felt like my needs and situation were first and they treated me like I was family. Thank you for giving me hope that there are still businesses out their that truly care about serving their customers, it's rare.

This shop does top notch work on everything they take in. Rest assured that your boat will be ready for the water and all the work done will be quality. This shop does not skimp on parts or attention to detail. You won't be disappointed. I can say these things in confidence because I used to be a marine tech in training at this shop. Tim and Alan are two of the best Marine Techs in the area, and you can trust their work and any suggestion they may have on your boat. This shop might cost a little bit more than others in the area, but what would you expect for top notch work? If you value your investment in your boat, do yourself a favor and have them check it out. I would guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

I have taken my18' ski boat to Cal's Marine several years now.  They do excellent work and are honest. I do some maintenance on my own but I leave the bigger stuff to them. Alan goes over the boat completely and gives a rundown on what he finds. He tells you everything and you can decide what you want to have fixed. It's nice to know before a problem becomes a PROBLEM.  My Four Winn's is 20 years old and today was the first day on the water after the shop. It ran smooth as when it was new. I've even asked him to replace electrical and he said what I had was fine with just a little free tweaking, he was right. All the staff at Cal's are very nice and personable. Their knowledge and advice are greatly appreciated.

I've been having lots of trouble getting my boat running correctly and finding replacement parts for the engine over the last two seasons. I came to this shop about a month ago and they not only were extremely helpful with finding and ordering random parts, but they also gave me a few tips on why my engine is running poorly. I looked into their suggestions and they were exactly right. Boat runs great now. Thank you Cal's Marine!

Cal's Marine is worth the 40 minute drive to Loomis from Sacramento. Their staff is polite, knowledgeable and honest. The shop is clean and well stocked with items every boater needs.

I had brought my boat in because I thought the bellows were cracked and leaking but after inspecting the boat Al let me know that the leak was due to a bad transom seal. They ended up having to pull the whole engine and outdrive off (obviously far more expensive than replacing just the bellows) in order to rectify the problem. Though the initial sticker shock of the work took a second to digest, I was comfortable giving them the thumbs up to do the work because it was crystal clear they knew what they were doing and not just trying to upsell me on work.

I was actually so impressed with the way they treated me that I asked if they could do a full tune up on the motor since they were pulling the engine anyway. And the price they estimated was incredibly reasonable.

The work was done right on time and when I went to pick up the boat I was absolutely blown away with how much work they did and how great the boat looked. Not only did they flawlessly seal the transom and replace the bellows ANDDDDD do the tune up work, these guys also cleaned out my bilge so it looked like new, replaced all my motors pulleys along with countless bolts and fixed issues that they didn't even charge me for (it's a long list of things so I won't bother typing them).

Cal's Marine Power Center get's my highest recommendation and has me as a customer for life. You can see a photo of my 4.3L Cobra on this yelp page. I just uploaded it so you can see how amazing it looks. It didn't look like that when I brought it in and now it looks and runs like it's brand new.

Brought my new boat in for a winterization after its first season, and decided to give Cal's a try after talking to the service advisor on the phone, their assurance that a specific drop off and pick up date could be scheduled (I live out of area) and completed on time, and their one star YELP review.  About that review - I'm pretty fastidious with my boat, and welcomed somebody going over it with a critical eye.  I also wanted the outdrive pulled and aligned and Cal's Marine brought it up without my having to ask - and it was included in the general winterization estimate. Well, I dropped the boat off yesterday, and picked it up today. I am VERY pleased with the work, attention to detail, and all of the minor things that the technician found - which I was already aware of -  and fixed at no extra cost.  I could tell he really takes pride in his work, and it showed.  Spotless engine and bilge, and  also took the time to inspect (and adjust) my trailer. Highly recommended.

Brought in my boat for an outdrive alignment and through check over.  My boat is a 2004 and this had never been done on the Volvo counter-rotating outdrive.  I also had them replace impeller, batteries and oil change.   They did a great job.  They are very conscientious and  made sure I was informed all along the way.  Cost was very reasonable as well. Halfway through the job, the boots were found to be cracking - so I had those changed as well. Better to spend a few hundred bucks now than a new outdrive later!!   They seemed very capable and professional.   Test drive out on the lake - all went perfect.   I'll definitely be returning to them should I need any more servicing on my boat!!

Cals Marine by far has the best customer service of any marine parts and service business I've been to. They have always been willing to help with old or hard to find parts that other places will walk away from.
